Terms and Conditions for Pixie Strollies

Welcome to Branded Society LLC and Pixie Strollies! By using our website, placing reservations, or interacting with our services (including AI tools like Pixie Bot and the Itinerary Generator), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

By reserving a mobility scooter or stroller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and pick-up details

  • Be present or provide clear access instructions for delivery

  • Return equipment in the same condition as provided (except normal wear and tear)

  • Accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage

  • Comply with all theme park and local guidelines

Pixie Strollies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments processed securely via PayPal or third-party processors

  • Full payment required before delivery

  • No refunds for early returns

  • A 3-day minimum rental is required for Disneyland reservations

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund—no questions asked.

  • After 24 Hours: No refunds. Cancellations receive non-transferable rental credit with no expiration.

  • Modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

4. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Free delivery and pick-up in Anaheim and surrounding areas, including Universal Studios, Disneyland, nearby hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals.

  • Rentals delivered the evening before reservation date, after 11:00 PM, ready by 5:00 AM reservation day.

  • Personal Hand-Off Required: Disneyland Hotel, Grand Californian Hotel, Pixar Hotel, Best Western Park Place, Camelot Inn, Desert Inn, Desert Palms, Tropicana Inn, La Quinta Inn, Marriott Fairfield Inn.

  • Email terms@pixiestrollies.com for special delivery coordination or last-minute reservations.

5. Equipment Usage

  • Equipment must be used responsibly and only by listed users.

  • Misuse or reckless behavior incurs additional fees.

  • Not suitable for off-road terrain, water, or airport terminal use.

  • Equipment delivered fully charged with charger, batteries, and front basket.

6. Fees & Liability

Rental Damage and Loss:

  • Missing Jogger Strollers: $200-$400

  • Damaged Wheelchairs: $200

  • Missing Charger: $130

  • Missing Keys: $30

  • Broken Key in Ignition: $150

  • Broken Basket: $50

  • Missing Scooter: $2,500

  • Scooter returned to incorrect location: $200

Customer Responsibility:

  • Responsible for condition of equipment, excluding normal wear and tear

  • Liable for loss, theft, or excessive damage during rental

7. Shipping & Returns for Purchased Items

Shipping:

  • Free shipping within the U.S.

  • Order fulfillment in 2-5 business days

  • Delivery takes 3-7 business days

  • Tracking provided by email

  • U.S. shipping only, no international shipping

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns within 30 days, unused, original packaging required

  • Damaged/defective items: Free returns & replacements

  • Other returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days

  • Exchanges allowed within 30 days (shipping costs may apply)

8. AI Services

  • AI-generated responses (Pixie Bot, Itinerary Generator) provided for informational and entertainment purposes only

  • Not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • Maintain login confidentiality

  • Responsible for account activity

  • Notify immediately of unauthorized access

10. Liability Disclaimer

Pixie Strollies and Branded Society LLC are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries involving rented equipment

  • Property damage while using our rentals

  • Delays caused by external factors

By using our equipment, you assume all associated risks.

11. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on PixieStrollies.com is protected and cannot be reused without consent, including branding, logos, blog content, booking forms, and AI-generated materials.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, with updates clearly indicated.
