Rental Services

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund—no questions asked.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will receive a rental credit for future use. This credit is non-transferable and has no expiration date.

Rental Extensions and Late Returns:

  • To extend your rental period, contact us before your reservation ends. Extensions are subject to availability and may include additional charges.

  • Late returns will incur additional fees unless an extension is approved in advance.

Responsibility and Liability:

  • Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was provided, accounting for normal wear and tear.

  • Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period.

  • Equipment must be used responsibly and returned on time.


Purchased Items

Returns and Refunds:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused condition and include their original packaging.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For damaged or defective items, Pixie Strollies will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition. Shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective.

  • Condition of Equipment: Return all rental equipment in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

  • Operational Guidelines: Equipment is provided in good working condition and should be used responsibly and returned on time.
